Joining MI Mangakas

~ You can join as an artist, appreciator, or artist-in-training (AIT).

~ AITs will be upgraded to artist rank when they feel they have improved enough.

~ Artist rank members are required to submit at least one piece to the Club Gallery. We ask this so we can show a brief sampling of the artwork are members do. All submitions are linked back to your main DA Gallery .

~ To join, send us a note telling us you would like to join, and the rank of member you wish to be known as. We'll send you a confirmation note. Requests to join left as comments will be disregarded.

BASIC RULES

~ No Flaming for any reason.
~ No spamming
~ No Ads for anything
~ No Elite-ism, or discrimination against any member or guest


TO SUBMIT ART TO THE CLUB GALLERY

~ All submissions must be sent through NOTE. If left as a comment or there is an insufficient amount of info needed it will be ignored.
~ The following information should be provided when you submit your artwork:

- Link- a link to the art you want to submit (if you have questions about how to submit a URL link, please see the following: deviantART faq: 81)
- Title- the title of the art you're submitting.
- Keywords- any words that have to do with your piece. If there are none in particular leave it blank. The default keyword (sickle-claw-club) will be included in addition to all keywords you provide.
- Description- your comment for the artwork you're submitting which will be displayed as the Artist Comment when your work is submitted to the gallery.
- Critique Options- do you want it set to Critique Welcome, Advanced Critique Encouraged, or Critique Discouraged?
- Creative Commons- tell us what license you want your work under.

~ Please limit your submission's dimensions to 1000 pixels in height or width. If your pic is larger, it will be resized before submitted.
~ We will accept submissions that are appropriate under the general deviantART policies. Nudity is not accepted unless you feel the piece is your best work. The piece will then be compaired to your other pieces before a decision is made.
~ Once your picture is up, don't forget to check back for comments on it!
